These Terms of Service govern your use of Ascend Academic services and website. By purchasing or using services, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide educational tutoring, test preparation, and college advising. Service scope, hour total, and duration are defined in your selected hour bundle or written agreement.

Scheduling and attendance

• Hours are scheduled in advance with your assigned tutor/advisor.
• Families should provide at least 24 hours’ notice for non-emergency rescheduling requests.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be counted as used hours based on your plan terms.

Payment

Payment terms are provided at checkout or enrollment. Services may be paused or delayed for unpaid balances.

Academic outcomes

We provide strategy, tutoring, and structured support. Because outcomes depend on student effort and external factors, specific score or admission guarantees are not provided.

Conduct

Families and students agree to respectful communication. We reserve the right to discontinue services for harassment, abuse, or repeated policy violations.

Intellectual property

Program materials, frameworks, and resources provided by Ascend Academic remain our intellectual property unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ascend Academic is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to service use.
